My Satellite is about done - mechanically. Starting out with it being a daily driver - the bells and whistles will come along the way as we can afford 'em. And the body and paint, well, that's a ways off too. But for now - just gonna enjoy the hell out of it.
Favorite Car Memory
The first car model I ever made was this. It was black with silver strobes. I got it from Zayre's in Seekonk, Mass. in like 1984. Zayre's is gone, the model is gone, I moved, but the memory remained and IS very satisfied with I've got now! (=

Thanks Laurie,I will somehow get my 55 done one day,it's just a matter of time and money I guess..haven't had that much of either, but things are looking better now,and with the help of good friends in the US with getting needed parts for this rustbucket there will be some progress in the near future.

Hi Laurie, nice ride..a buddy of mine bought a 73 Roadrunner,yellow/black interior with a severe side impact damage of a US soldier at a base in Germany in 79,and drove it all the way up to Norway with no windows on the left side just to get the high rpm 340 to put in his 69 Charger...the RR were parted out just 6 years old...but it's 340 sure brought life to that Charger...!

Hey Laurie, I had a 68 sunfire yellow satellite. It was a great car. Had 70,000 original miles with mint original interior. Seeing your car reminded me of my Yellow Satellite. Drove it everyday to work for 2 years and never left me stranded. Really like your car.
